Terms of Service

VONDI is an educational and information platform that uses AI to help people understand Australian immigration pathways. VONDI is not a registered migration agent, law firm, or legal service, and does not provide personalised immigration or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

Information provided by VONDI is general in nature. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee about any visa outcome, eligibility decision, processing time, or the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. Immigration decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs, not by VONDI.

You must be at least 16 years old to use VONDI. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

• Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees for time already elapsed are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.

You agree not to:

• Use VONDI to provide regulated migration advice to third parties.
• Submit information you do not have the right to share, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or overload the service.
• Use VONDI to commit fraud, misrepresent your identity, or break the law.
• Upload malicious content, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

The VONDI name, brand, interface, and software are owned by Sellersuccesshub Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant VONDI a limited licence to process it to provide the service.

VONDI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VONDI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including visa refusals, lost opportunities, delays, or third-party decisions made on the basis of information generated by the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
